Great stuff! I can feel your inspiration flowing like a giant torrent. Can't wait to see what you'll write next! Btw, were you able to read The Blood Of Tyrants?

I have not bought it yet, no! It is somewhere on my wishlist on Amazon if I remember correctly. I will definitely get around to it sometime soon.

Since you like mecha so much, I can say that Outlaw Ridar, the bonus novella I added to this book, it has a lot of action!

Interesting story and lots of effective detail. It feels like the start of a much longer tale.

Is this a one and done or will it continue?

I’m actually not sure at this point! It started out as a “one and done” (I might borrow that term again in future) but then as I wrote it, the character and the world - Tanvi, the culture, the older layer of civilization that hinted at Egyptian roots - sort of grew out and became more fleshy with each paragraph. The budding civil war, the corrupt government in orbit, the simultaneous involvement of the Egyptian special forces - it all just snowballed and took on a life of its own.

Now I’m thinking that instead of a “one and done”, this might actually be the opening chapter of a new tale altogether…!

Minor corrections done:

- Charooga City fixed to Charooka City

- they deliver their first pod to Bay Three; the final mention now also points to Bay Three instead of Bay Seven

- minor "who said this dialogue" corrections

Writing while you are "in the zone" apparently does not come with great spell-checking abilities, or so it would seem...

Yes, but writing in the zone is always much better than out of said zone :D
